I have an EPS tele with a hot rails blade pickup in the bridge and a PAF humbucker in the neck. This circuit was easy to wore and worked first time. I did not get a massive difference between positions 2,3,4, but enough to make it useful. All were good sounds.
Thanks for posting these wiring diagrams. This wiring diagram allows me to have 5 hum free usable tones. Positions 1, 3, and 5 are straight up humbucker and positions 2 and 4 are hum canceling single coil tones. 2 and 4 are as close to a Strat without actually switching guitars.
