These are a great alternative to soldering ground wires to the back of pots. Just slip this over the pot shaft and run your ground wires to one of these.
I hate the idea of soldering to pots, so I love these. It would be nice if there were more holes, but I just drill a couple more in each of them and it makes it easy.
These fit both small and large shaft pots. Was able to solder wires into them without any issues. Wish they had an elongated hole so multiple (large gauge) wires can be attached. They do work great for the 20 - 24 guage wires found in most instruments.
These come in handy when using a push/pull pot and you can't or don't want to solder the pot's back. It was super easy to solder as well.
