Standard Shipping: USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 Days)
Expedited Shipping: USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Days)

International Orders

Standard Shipping: USPS First Class International Parcel (Varies by location)

Returns

Any new, unused item may be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange for any reason within 30 days of purchase. If an item is found to be defective or incorrect, a replacement will be sent with a prepaid shipping label to return the defective or incorrect item at our expense.

  • If you have a Customer Account Log In and select the "Completed Orders" option and select the "Return Items" option for the order the item is to be returned from to receive a return Authorization for.
  • If you did not create a Customer Account, use the Create/Reset Password option and enter the email address used when you placed our order to access the order History. If you need assistance, please Contact Us with your order number and details of the items to be returned.

Refunds 

To return an item for refund or exchange. The refund will be credited back to you by the same method you paid for your order. No restocking or return fees are ever charged. You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 days of the return being received at our facility. You can check the status of your return by logging in to your customer account and clicking the "Return Requests" link on the navigation menu on the right side of the screen.

Store Credit 

When you are returning an item, you will have the option to receive a Store Credit for the item(s) you are returning. Once the returned item is received by or shipping department, the return status will be updated to Refunded and a store credit will be issued. When you place your next order, there will be an option to apply your store credit to your purchase.

Exchanges

When returning an item for exchange, select the "Exchange" option during the return process and list the item(s) that you want to exchange for. Return shipping for items is to be paid by the customer, however shipping the exchange items back to the customer is FREE for USA/Domestic orders. Return shipping on international orders is paid by the customer.
