Description

CTS dual concentric/stacked 250K pot. Two audio taper pots stacked in one hole on the guitar. Top knob controls 250K pot, bottom knob controls 500K pot.  CTS pots feature heavy duty construction and are specifically designed for top performance in guitar volume and tone circuits.

    I bought a couple of these dual stacked concentrics and used a 500K+500K to solve a front panel space limitation I had. These combo pots are really useful and I wish CTS (and others) made more resistance value combinations. The controls are high torques, thought the center shaft does rattle a bit. They’re not precision unfortunately, being typically +- 20%. One of the pots was 400K even. At these lower-than-1M values CTS should consider charging a bit extra to be +- 10%. Though it gets the job done overall, and I’m grateful that these more specialized components are manufactured by CTS and others. I will use these again. 4 stars.
