Guitar wiring diagram with one humbucker, one volume and one tone control. The tone is wired to only one half of the humbucker. Turning the tone will only cut the treble frequencies of the South coil giving the entire pickup a unique and strong single coil/P-90 sound in varying amounts. Great mod to make use of my tone pot which I never use. The ability to adjust the coil tap amount is much more versatile than a basic coil tap switch.
