GuitarElectronics.com ships all USA orders for a low flat rate of $3.99 (no minimum order required) and all USA Orders Over $49.00 Ship FREE.  All orders are shipped from our facility in Scottsdale, AZ. Domestic orders are shipped by USPS First Class Mail Parcel. USPS Priority Mail service is also available for an added fee. All shipments include free online tracking and delivery confirmation. No sales tax is charged on orders shipped outside of Arizona.

International Shipping
GuitarElectronics.com ships international orders to all worldwide destinations by USPS International First Class Mail and Priority Mail INTL. All international shipments include free online tracking and delivery confirmation (where available) Shipping rates for international orders are automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process and are based on the order contents and the shipping destination country. To calculate the shipping cost to your destination before you complete your order, add your items to the shopping cart. then click the "Estimate Shipping" button and enter your shipping address. International orders are not charged any sales tax or export taxes however your country's tax regulations may vary.

Returns At GuitarElectronics.com, our return policy is simple and hassle free. Any new, unused item may be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange for any reason within 60 days of purchse. In the event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, a replacement will be shipped to you with a prepaid return shipping label to return the item(s) us at our expense. If you need to return an item, log in to your Customer Account and select the "Completed" option to view your completed orders and click the "Return Items" link to the right of the Order Details button to complete the return process. If you need to return an item but you did not create a Customer Account, please  Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return and we will provide you with instructions for the return.

Refunds When you are returning an item, you will have the option to receive a refund for the purchase price of the item. The refund will be credited back to you by the same method you paid for your order. No restocking or return fees are ever charged. You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 days of the return being received at our facility. You can check the status of your return by logging in to your customer account and clicking the "Return Requests" link on the navigation menu on the right side of the screen.

Store Credit When you are returning an item, you will have the option to receive a Store Credit for the item(s) you are returning. Once the returned item is received by or shipping department, the return status will be updated to Refunded and a store credit will be issued. When you place your next order, there will be an option to apply your store credit to your purchase.

Exchanges When you are returning an item, you will also have the option to exchange the item for a different or replacement item. If you want to exchange the returned item for a different or replacement item, select the "Exchange" option during the return process and list the item(s) that you want to exchange for item the is no charge to ship your exchange/replacement item. Once we receive the item you wish to exchange, the replacement item will be shipped at our expense.
